Urban Yoga runs 28 classes a week from a light-filled studio on Hollywood Road: vinyasa flow, yin, hot flow, prenatal and a Sunday restorative candlelight class. Buy a drop-in, a 10-class pack, or an unlimited monthly membership that also covers the Wan Chai studio. Mats, blocks and towels can be added at checkout if you are travelling light, and every class shows live remaining spaces before you book. Beginners are welcome in every level-1 class and teachers will offer options throughout.
