Hong Kong details
Every property listing carries the details that actually decide a viewing: nearest MTR station and walking minutes, school net, saleable and gross area, floor and orientation, sea view, and management fee.
Agents
Agent profiles show the EAA licence number, agency, languages, active listings and transaction history. Licence numbers are verified before an agent profile is approved.
Enquiries, not bookings
Property does not use the booking calendar. You send a viewing request with your preferred times and the agent replies. Deals then move through offer, agreement and completion, with each stage tracked.
Filters that matter
Price, bedrooms, size, district, MTR line, school net, sea view and property type.
