Creating a package

What a package is

A prepaid bundle: ten personal training sessions, five deep cleans, a wedding photography day rate with extras. The customer buys once and redeems over time.

Building one

1. Go to Package Builder.
2. Choose a type: fixed sessions, time-based, combo or tiered.
3. Set the number of sessions, the price, and how long it stays valid.
4. Choose which listings it can be redeemed against.

Redemption

Each redemption deducts one session and appears in the customer''s balance. Sessions restored after a cancellation go back into the balance automatically.

Pricing tips

Discount the bundle against the single-session price — 10 to 20% is typical — and keep validity generous enough to be usable but short enough to drive bookings.

Reporting

Packages shows sold, redeemed, expiring soon and outstanding liability.
